If it’s HVAC related, we can fix or replace it. When the customer follows the technician’s recommendations concerning all the necessary repairs, we will warranty our work for an entire year – not just one month.
Refrigerant Repairs/ Refrigerant Leaks
All of our technicians are EPA Certified to handle refrigerant. The refrigerant system in an air conditioner is the same as the cooling system in your refrigerator. Both are closed systems. An air conditioner or heat pump that is low on refrigerant is the result of either the system not being properly charged upon installation or the system has developed a leak in the refrigerant system somewhere. If the system has a leak our technician will try to determine if that leak can be repaired – otherwise our customer will be adding refrigerant that will just leak out again. It may fix the symptoms temporarily because you a/c may cool for awhile, but the problem – a leak in your refrigerant system – was never fixed. Sometimes small amounts of refrigerant can leak out at the service valves. If your system does require more refrigerant, we always use a scale to weigh the amount of refrigerant that we add to a system so that we can charge the customer for the right amount of refrigerant added.
OUR TECHNICIANS ARE QUALIFIED
Our technicians are background screened and drug tested. We rely on science, not guesswork. All our service technicians are EPA Certified to handle refrigerant and they all have a combustion analyzer to make sure there are no signs of carbon monoxide in your home. We have the right equipment and technical training to identify and correct the problems in your home.
